Millionaires Lunch The National Lottery By The Bay Restaurant   The Millionaires Lunch in Lyme !   A very special gathering as some of the 100 or more Lottery Winners now living in the South West, gather at the By the Bay Restaraunt in Lyme Regis. We strolled down Marine Parade, and chatted with Derek and Elaine Thompson, owners of By the Bay, and some of the other Lottery Winners present at the Millionaires Lunch in Lyme Regis.                                                              21.05.07
